Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: To support the Business Solutions Sr. Manager in defining the information strategy, architecture and governance, getting the most value from business intelligence and analytics, and implement and support ERP and Non-ERP solutions to reduce cost and complexity, as well as managing and delivering Business Solutions engagements to identify design, and implement creative solutions at SC in line with its strategic objectives, ensuring respective data integrity activities are in line with respective business partners while providing high availability standards to end users and increase trust, integrity and improve operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:
- Project management oversight of implementing ERP, BI and other systems
- Contribute and develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies
- Provide guidance on ERP governance, strategy, policies, solutions and implementations
- Contribute to drafting Business Solutions Strategies and implement road maps, evaluating and selecting ERP , BI solutions and other systems.
- Conduct current-state to future-state gap analysis against strategy and technology
- Identify and address organizational needs through active engagement with departments, gather data and summarize
- Identify user needs, provide solutions to their problems and assists them utilize systems to their full potential
- Develop and deploy ERP, BI and other systems
- Support and coordinate the development and implementation of integrated, strategic IT plans and policies for SC
- Contribute to business change programmes in support of SC business strategies
- Focus on improving business performance
- Maximise the value of the data
- Implement enterprise solutions to reduce cost and complexity
- Provide on-going support and assistance, guidance, clarification and feedback to fellow team members
- Assist in innovation and promote the usage of newer technological solutions that either eliminate gaps in existing business processes or improve the business processes that aid SC’s operational cost efficiency
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job

Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered:

- In full compliance with the SC Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements.
- In line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or any other related discipline
- Preferably a Master degree, Certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of related experience
- Extensive Knowledge in ITIL Framework
- Knowledge and success in ERP , BI and Business Process Management
- Be technically sound and be able to correlate the IT initiative to the overall organizational priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and influential skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Experience of working in the region and knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Track record of maintaining confidential and sensitive information
- Flexibility and a related ability to work autonomously
- A team player willing to work on tight timelines and pitch in when needed
- A positive attitude, patience and persistence, especially when dealing with various internal and external stakeholders
