Job description / Role

The role will manage a range of business support activity, help provide a strong platform for the pursuit of our business in Qatar through ensuing we stay fully on top of all local finance, legal and business matters.

Description

• To responsible for fully compliant with annual income tax and VAT obligations in Qatar
• Effective day-today support to account teams including A/R and Revenue processing;invoice preparation and posting, expense analyses, invoicing schedules.
• To conforms systematically to all legal and regulatory matters pertaining to labour and HR laws, rules and regulations for its local employees and for employees living in and/or commuting regularly to Qatar
• Appropriate financial and business controls are in place to ensure and monitor compliance with global policies, with any exceptions or concerns being promptly escalated.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business management with 4-5 years working for the global leading accounting firms or management consulting company.
• Should be fluent in both English and Arabic (oral and written) with a strong understanding of the local market combined with good basic knowledge in either audit, legal compliance or/and risk management is essential.
