Job description / Role
KPMG is looking for a Business Transformation Consultant with current or past experience in the Utilities Sector for a duration of year which could be further extended to be seconded to a client to implement TPMO strategy and functional model set out by the Strategic Planning Section.
- Organise, direct and manage the work of secondees and project implementation consultant.
- Ensure that the TPMO is designed, constructed, executed, tested, implemented and ready to go live as the approved deliverable.
- Support client Champions and manage the implementation of the corporate and department initiatives through established TPMO standards and practices.
- Attend all meetings with the Project Consultant.
- Monitoring and Reporting project performance on agreed periodical basis.
- Train and Coach at least 2 client champions on the use and maintenance of TPMO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering & IT or Business Administration
- Professional qualification in PMO and /or related project management
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in related projects especially organization transformation and change management
- Professional knowledge and experience of PMO, strategy implementation, business analysis and performance management
