Cable Inspector - Civil Engineering

Due to a major project win in Qatar Mott MacDonald is looking to grow our team in Doha. We are currently looking to recruit a high voltage cable inspector from a civil engineering background.

The role will require you to co-ordinate site work activities between all contractors and ensure their compliance with contract specifications and approved designs and drawings.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in the supervision of civil cable activities at least up to 132/ 220 kV.Conversant with all aspects of procedures, method statements and rules and procedures of cable laying and jointing of EHV cables up to and including 220 kV. You will need to be qualified with civil engineering degree.
