Employment: Full Time

Cargo Systems Training Officer - Qatar Airways - Doha

Reporting to the Manager Training Cargo you will support the QR Cargo systems training team by conducting cargo systems training courses to familiarise the individuals with the scope and activities of the cargo system as well as to improve individual performance and productivity.

You will organise training manuals, relevant guides and course materials such as registration forms,handouts,session plans and related visual material. You will deliver agreed / assigned cargo system trainings adhering to department policies and procedures. You will need to present information using a variety of instructional techniques of formats such as role playing,simulations,team exercises,group discussions,videos and lectures.

You will be required to manage the training programs including documentation and reporting of training delievery activities.

Requirements

You will need to hold a bachelors degree or equivalent thereof and a minimum of 4 years of job related experience.

Previous training experience will be an added advantage. You will need to have well developed interpersonal skills and should have experience in training in a multi cultural environment.

You also will be required to delegate work,set clear direction and manage workflow and should have the ability to train and develop subordinate's skills.
