Recruitment Opportunity with Management Solutions International (MSI)

Our client in Qatar is looking to hire CCTV/Control Room Supervisor

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in operating and supervising CCTV systems, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of CCTV/Control Room Operators.

Requirements

- Train new operators on the operation of CCTV equipment and security protocols.
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and provide guidance to operators as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for security personnel and law enforcement in the event of an incident.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of CCTV equipment and promptly address technical issues.
- Work start from November 17th to 19th, 2023 - 12 hours day duty. (3 days work)
- Immediately available with valid QID
