This excellent opportunity is for a professional Senior QS/Commercial Manager to join an internationally leading and ever-growing contracting company currently operating in Qatar, aiming to shape the way people move around the country. My client specialise in the project management, construction, design-build and execution for highways, road works and infrastructure projects.

Client are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to come on board and manage the cost reporting for a high priority, large-scale highway project in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities and will be carrying out some of the below duties.

DUTIES:
- Reporting directly to the Project Director/Contracts Manager
- Cost reporting and variations
- Managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
- BOQ’s
- Sub-contract payments
- Procurements

Requirements

- 15 – 18 years of experience
- Infrastructure experience – highways/roads/bridges/tunnels
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
- Reporting directly to the PD/Contracts Manager
- 2+ years of GCC experience

The salary package for this role is a total package of around:
40,000 QAR + Medical + Flights
