Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensure that all policies, procedures and processes and maintained and strictly followed
• Maintain the projects control system and produce briefs to ensure document control is regularly maintained
• Oversee the archiving of all project related documents including drawings as per the project control system
• Record any updates/modifications made in the engineering design standards and specifications are properly evaluated, reviewed and shared with Head of Engineering Works support
• Provide support to enable the seconded resources and the business to implement the projects document control system
• Work with the seconded resources to ensure proper coordination and communication between the seconded resources and the PM
• Conduct project site visits in order to track project progress as per the agreed schedule and to ensure standards are followed
• Assist in the development of performance management system for project managers to evaluate contractor/consultant performance
• Follow up on the technical risk plan and update the project database when needed
• Develop and improve the construction specifications as required
• Follow the performance management system to ensure proper evaluation of contractor/consultant performance

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Up to 11 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Master’s degree)
• Up to 12 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field (Bachelor’s degree)
