Job description / Role
- Complete awareness and ideas in the field of all Civil works.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers for the successful completion of work orders.
- Supervise the whole Finishing works/Tiles/Blocks/Plastering/Marble.
- Arrange the needed materials for the site consulting with the clients.
- Be the first person to attend the all site related queries and give the updates accordingly.
- Schedule the work orders and complete the tasks as per the target.
- Negotiation with clients and get the approvals as per the drawings and execution of the same.
- Monitoring the performance of workers and report to the concerned authorities.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 4-6 years proven experience in the Civil/Finishing Works.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent is advisable for Site Supervisors
- Good Co-ordination Skills.
- Positive Attitude.
- Keen interest in the activities.
- Continuous follow-up for the things related to site.
