Description

- The Client Advisor Supervisor will be an ambassador of the Galeries Lafayette / Katara Avenue.
- The position involve to be a role model to the team, and support the Department Manager in operational duties.
- He/She will proactively reach out to Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.
- Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales
- Welcome every client and enhance their experience, advise clients across the store and all product categories
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clientele skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term client relationships
- Develop the highest standards of brands and product knowledge
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Respect Galeries Lafayette / Katara Avenue Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior
- Proactively Support to the Department Managers in establishing a client centric mindset within the Team.
- Assist Management in daily operations: floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing duties, VM and after sales department Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when they needed

Requirements

Requirements

- Minimum High School Diploma preferably with Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 Years sales experience (including 1 year at least in a supervisor level), preferably in fashion luxury retail, store department
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels
- People skills, problem solving, quality control and reporting
- Proven sales achievement in luxury brands market
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Good organization and learning skills
- Must be proactive and results driven
- Candidates from Airlines/ Hospitality Industry will be preferred
