Job description / Role
Our client, a reputable main contractor who is internationally recognised is currently working on a major mixed use development in Doha and is currently seeking a successful Commercial Manager to join their team.
As the Commercial Manager you will be based at their regional office and will over seeing all Commercial activities for all projects but with a major focus on this mixed used development.
As the Commercial Manager you will be in charge of activities pre and post contract and also heavily involved in preparation of claims and negotiations.
Requirements

- Degree, ideally in Quantity Surveying or at least Construction related
- 10+ years experience - 3+ years as Commercial Manager
- Major build project experience ( High Rise, Mixed Use)
- Candidates must be based in Qatar already - Please do not apply if you are not based in Qatar
