Commercial Manager

Job description / Role

An exceptional and exciting role has just opened within a highly successful multinational FMCG business within the Gulf Region. They are now looking to hire a Commercial Manager to head their operations in Qatar.

As the Commercial Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing the overall sales and marketing strategies of Qatar to drive sustainable sales growth across the market segments
- Work with key teams in planning and executing the trade marketing activities
- Identifying the business’ annual and monthly sales targets, forecasts and business development strategies
- Monitor the weekly and monthly sales performance of the business
- Work closely with the QA and R&D teams in ensuring that the business is updated on all the legal and sanitary regulations in the market
- Implement best practices to drive the general improvement, success and growth of the business

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Sales
- At least 10 years of managerial experience within an FMCG business in the MENA Region
With a proven track record
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
