Commercial Manager - Qatar

A leading multinational consumer goods company, identified by Forbes as one of the most innovative companies and with 10,000 employees globally, is currently looking for a Commercial Manager for their team in Doha, Qatar. This company could provide an industry-leading career progression and a potential for international relocation for the manager who would successfully drive and grow the business.

- Develop, build and execute the long term and short term strategies for the Qatar market
- Lead the commercial team in driving business results
- Identify new business opportunities and markets along with nurturing existing relationships
- Work closely with internal and external vendors and parties

Requirements

Due to government nationality restrictions, we could only consider GCC, Jordan and Moroccan nationals and Arabic candidates with dual citizenship.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial position in the consumer goods industry
- Previous commercial, director or country management experience would be preferred
- P&L management experience in a local and multinational companies
- Previous experience in a startup is ideal but not required
- Above par negotiation, analytical, leadership and team building skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
