Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a renowned holding company in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Manager for their joinery and interior works business.
You will oversee the commercial aspects of the business and take charge of managing claims, variations and contracts.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have relevant education / qualification to Degree level with substantial experience in the field. You should ideally have at least 12 years’ experience of working within commercial departments and a minimum of 5 years within a managerial capacity.
Knowledge of the region and the Middle East construction industry is essential as you will be working with well-known developers. Candidates with MRICS status will be given preference.
