Job description / Role
Our client is a Project Management Consultancy working on large scale building and civil engineering projects in Qatar. They require a Commercial Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the commercial management of a portfolio of projects. This will include cost estimates for new contract award as well as management of on going projects.
Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- A proven track record of managing large scale projects or a portfolio of projects for a PMC
- Experience of working with FIDIC contracts in the Middle East would be advantageous
- Excellent man-management skills confident managing a large multi-cultural team
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills
