Commercial Manager - Roads - MRICS

This international engineering consultancy requires a Commercial Manager to join the team in Qatar. They are working on a number of large roads and infrastructure projects as well as numerous other public building contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, raising and defending claims, commercial management as well has managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements

- BSc Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- A proven track record of working for a consultancy as a Commercial / Contracts Manager
- Experience of working on roads / infrastructure projects
- Expert knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of contract used in the Middle East
- Able to write and defend claims
