Job description / Role
The Community Officer will be responsible for the day to day activities of the workers community including but not limited to administration, financial and people management. The incumbent will assist in the running of the community, supervising the accommodation and the general welfare of all workers residing in the community itself.
The two core functions of this role are:
- Manage the day to day activities of the community
- Provide administrative support to community management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in camp/community administration in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor laws and standards
- Strong leadership and communications skills in a multicultural environment
- English must be fluent both written and spoken and knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Bengali will be an advantage
About the Company
