Job description / Role
- Supports the development of a Total Rewards strategy.
- Reviews salary structure and current basic salaries of employees and advises management on the business case for adjustments if necessary.
- Develops and implements proposals to improve and maintain Company’s competitiveness in the market.
- Carries out job evaluation using the Hay method paying due notice to existing comparable jobs as a result of internal benchmarking and external competitiveness.
- Preparation of job descriptions.
- Advises management appropriate job levels within the Company and recommend compensation elements for all positions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Management OR HR Management OR related discipline.
- Membership of regional or international compensation or benefits association desired
- Strong working knowledge in statistical analysis/methods required.
- Minimum 7 years of applicable HR generalist experience.
- Excellent PC skills, knowledge of applicable HR software packages
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- SAP experience is highly desireable
