Employment: Full Time

The Compensation Specialist is responsible for providing specialised analytical, systems, and project management support to the Reward & Performance team. This position requires the incumbent to have specialised compensation knowledge in qualitative and quantitative methods and tools for analysis, interpretation, and decision-making purposes.

Description
* Participates in developing, implementing, maintaining, and communicating the organisation's
* compensation programs, policies, and processes
* Performs job evaluation analyses for single jobs or whole departments using either non-quantitative or quantitative methods to determine the relative worth of a job within the organisation, consults with departments and leadership on job evaluation
* Provides compensation expertise to committees, task forces, and cross-departmental initiatives and projects, as assigned
* Manages job code master list records to support system integrity and historical accuracy
* Serves as 2nd level liaison with the Service Center staff to address problems and confirm solutions
* Performs the required calculations and reviews for pay-increase and incentive activities (i.e., increments, market-based adjustments, etc.)
* Makes recommendations for pay structure development, including calculating pay ranges, spreads, compa-ratios, and broad-banding
* Makes recommendations for pay determination systems to attract, motivate, and retain employees
* Maintains pay-related record keeping and retention
* Performs other duties as required

Job Offer
* Qatar Riyal 9,000 - 16,000 Qatar Riyal Per Month

Requirements

* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Health-care Administration, or the equivalent
* 3+ years experience in business, health-care administration, or human resources
* 3-5 years in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
* Strong MS Office skills including MS_Word and MS_Excel are required.
* HRIS experience is a plus, especially Oracle.
* Professional Certification - PHR, SPHR, CCP, or the equivalent
* Language Skills: English, Arabic
