Job description / Role
The project will be for 6 to 8 months contract with possibility of extension depending on the project progress.
Objective: Fit out the existing mock-up into an exhibition center.
Principal Accountability & Responsibility:
- Definition of the works to be done
- Tenders preparation and analysis of offers, in coordination with the Contract Manager
- Supervise all work activities (when transforming the mock up into an Exhibition center)
- Dealing with multimedia (light, sound, movie projection..) installation
- Follow up with maintenance of the building
Requirements
Education & Experience:
The qualified candidate will have an Engineering degree and at least 5 years of experience in the construction field.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience on fit out works, metal works, (technical skills)
- Logistics and organization skills
