Job description / Role
Our client is looking for a Construction Manager for high end fit out projects based in Doha. The company is a contractor who specialise in high end fit outs on residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
This client has a reputation for delivering complex fast track fit out, refurbishment and new build projects to quality, budget and programmes. This is an exciting time to join the company as they begin to expand their presence in the Middle East.
As Construction Manager you will be responsible for the day to day deliverables on site, including; the ability to produce method statements and RAM's, and manage sub contractors to provide information.
You will have an outstanding track record of delivering complex projects you will be looking to join a professional contractor where you can continue to develop your career. You will have a stable background with major contractors and have worked in a major city such as London.
Requirements
* Degree qualified
* A strong background in on site construction delivery
* Previous experience with a specialist fit out contractor is beneficial
* Stable track record
* Previous experience on high end residential, commerical or hospitality projects
* Excellent written and spoken english
