Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned real estate development company in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Construction Manager (Infrastructure).
As Construction Manager, you will monitor and endorse the work of partner companies in the preparation of technical contract data, specifications drawings and cost estimates for public building and infrastructure projects. You will also inspect the quality and quantity of work of the partner companies and contractors. In addition, you will ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, quality, time and cost for the construction projects.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or general construction. Ideally you should possess membership to a professional engineering body. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential for this role alongside the ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
