Job description / Role
NBHH is currently recruiting for a Construction Manager with extensive experience required for an immediate start in Qatar.
The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings, BOQ etc. as well as managing and assigning manpower, materials and equipment to maximize efficiency and maintain schedules to meet budgeted targets.
Requirements
- Have at least 15 years experience in construction management with extensive knowledge of the construction of roads along with associated dry utilities and ducting.
- Degree educated - relevant engineering degree - infrastructure/civil etc.
- Be based in Qatar or at least have GCC experience and a sound knowledge of local regulations.
