Qatar - Construction Material Sales Manager

Client has a leading position in the market for construction materials and they have well established business over Europe, America, Asia Pacific, Middle East.

In line with sales & marketing policies and with all internal process, the sales manager is responsible for ready mix sales in his area/plant/territory/key accounts/on site projects

- He knows and applies the safety policy (including the driving policy) for him and its direct contacts
- Prospects, visits regularly and builds loyalty with a portfolio of customers which are large & medium companies, masons, developers, small customers, home builder
- Promotes solutions to customers by explaining all technical aspects on each product of the range.
- Develops both customer mix (small, large, medium customers), product mix and without forget services and extras.
- Improves and reinforces my client\'s brand in their sector

Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of concrete and production tool
- Knowledge of concrete and other standards, QCS, and the various relevant specs
- Thorough knowledge of VAP
- Knowledge of transportation management
- Knowledge of computer tools: Lab Mix, Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of quality management.
- 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a management role
