Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To manage the vendor to the responsibilities outlined in the contract, statement of work, SLAs
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute vendor contracts
- Able to work along with procurement and legal teams to finalize the contract
- Monitor contract compliance
- Ensure contract close-out, renewal and extensions on time
- Need to be well versed with the terminologies associated with key technology contracts in the Broadcast Media industry and a good understanding of how they are interrelated
- Participate in strategic and operational planning
- Provide views and guidance on contract matters to the management, the project managers or other staff
- Conduct audits of service provided by the vendor
- Able to recommend future service plans
- Process change orders
- Participate in various committee meetings/ task forces
- Able to interpret relevant state laws related to the contracts
- Monitor, analyse and report variances proactively
- Understanding of Call Off Agreements
- Understanding of Information technology
- Understanding of Broadcast media industry
- Understanding of emerging trends in the industry
- Able to communicate effectively in English written and oral skills
- Able to read and interpret complex contract documents, policies
- Able to understand and recommend changes in IT systems policies and procedures
- Principles of contract monitoring

Requirements

- Must have experience working within broadcast media industry
- Experience with Vendor Management, Contracts Management, Call Off Agreements; etc. working within broadcast media industry
- Candidate must be Bi-lingual (Arabic & English)
