Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Shall assist on all GS’s Scope of works
• Manages the creation of Service orders in SAP
• Handles all GS PR’s and SO’s and call off.
• Shall assist in all CFT’s for the department.
• Shall be the main Duet with C&P department
• Ensure assisting the C&P department on renegotiations of the contracts.
• Ensure duet meetings and contract committee presentations are held on time to promptly conclude affected contracts.
• Ensure the efficient and effective handling of all pre and post contract matters with Contracts and Procurement.
• Interface with External bodies and internal Departments (insurance, legal and C&P).
• Facilitates prompt payment of vendors and facilitate quintet meetings.
• In addition the position shall assist in creating policies and procedures in General Services. Related to the SOW’s created.
• Ensure policies and procedures are reviewed, approved and adhered to.
• Ensure all lease agreements are renewed when due with prompt payments.
• Ensure all facility management works are approved before execution.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by hierarchy.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• Mastering MS: Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Perfect knowledge of SAP
• Minimum: Bachelor in Business administration or Diploma with experience
• At least 5 years experience in Contract Administration department
• Good understanding of Contracts strategy tools and processes.
