Continued project growth of our client’s firm, a general contracting Qatari conglomerate, has created the opportunity to recruit a Contract Manager to administer civil infrastructure projects in Qatar on projects valued up to USD500M.

Reporting to the Senior Contract Manager, this role is responsible for the following:
- Contract administration of infrastructure and civil projects site based to ensure project delivery.
- Review of contractual document to ensure compliance with program requirements and regulations.
- Preparation and letting of construction trade packages.
- Cost control of labour and materials.
- Processing of head contract progress claims and variations, and
- Preparation and finalization of final accounts.

Requirements

- Degree qualification in construction management, engineering or quantity surveying preferred although a Diploma qualification will be accepted.
- A minimum of 10 years contract administration experience on projects valued in excess of USD$100M with civil and infrastructure project experience being highly regarded.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment is critical to this role.
- Computer literacy essential.
