Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading local contractor who has an outstanding reputation for success and who has worked on some of the most prestigious large scale building and infrastructure projects in the UAE and Gulf region is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join them based in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the cost control mechanism for the contracts including financial statements, document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation. Preparation of responses for all contractual correspondence received from the client and third parties.

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- MRICS
- Minimum of 10 + years experience of large scale building and infrastructure projects with exposure to working with tier one main contractors
- Well versed with NEC and FIDIC and also fully au fait with Primavera
- Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
