Job description / Role
Contracts Administrator - Qatar
Up to QR 35,000 (Basic Salary)+ 20% Monthly bonus + the regular benefits (Accommodation, Transportation , tickets, Insurances….)
Main tasks are developing, implementing, monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including claims preparation, financial statements, document control procedures, reviewing and verifying all contract documentation, preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties. Well versed with required computer packages + Primavera will be an added advantage.
Requirements
A Degree / RICS / CIOB holder with minimum (10) years’ experience as such or 15 years’ experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor for Infrastructure projects.
Ideal candidate is someone looking to work in the middle east for the next 5 - 10 years and not just for a one off project.
