Job description / Role
As a member of the busy Commercial Team, you will be responsible for undertaking the Contract Administration for a multi million dollar infrastructure mega project in Qatar.
THE ROLE
- Contract and commercial administration of the project
- Reviewing technical aspects of the contract
- Valuation of cost
- Issuing proposals and requests for variation
- Prepare and review liabilities on a monthly basis
- Implement reviews, resolve any conflicts or disputes
- Attend progress meetings
- Obtain close out documentation
Requirements
- Strong commercial / civil engineering background with experience of Contract Administration for a Consultancy
- Confident communication skills, able to influence others and obtain positive outcomes
- Ability to review technical information
- Highly numerate
- Experience of reviewing contractual agreements and administration
