Job description / Role
Client, a major construction company, is currently looking for an experienced Contracts/Commercial Manager to work in Qatar.

Requirements
- Relevant Engineering degree with appropriate professional accreditation;
- 15+ years' experience in the preparation, negotiation and management of large scale civil (Port, Office, Hotel, Apartment High Rise Complexes) and industrial construction contracts and sub-contracts;
- Excellent knowledge of international regulations and accepted practices and law pertaining to EPC contracts (FIDIC);
- Experience negotiating sound contracts and effectively resolving contract disputes;
- Fluent written and spoken is English is a must
