My client is a leading International Engineering and Design Consultancy that is prominent throughout the GCC region and Asia. They are currently seeking a Commercial & Contracts Manager to be responsible for pre-contract stages of design projects and for negotiating, standardizing and implementing contracts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a western educated Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in architectural and engineering consultancies, preferably in the Middle East. You will have experience in handling Pre & Post contracts for large scale, high value building engineering projects. You MUST possess MRICS and at least 5 years GCC experience.
