This exciting opportunity has become available to be part of a growth firm that develops iconic mega projects worldwide. An opportunity has now arisen within one of our clients key projects, a mega futuristic city project for an experienced Contracts Executive/Administrator for their Contracts & Projects Control Department. This city project extends across 38 square kilometres and includes four exclusive islands and 19 multi-purpose residential, mixed use, entertainment and commercial districts. This is a comprehensive arena of leisure spots, residential buildings, commercial towers, avenues and public ports. This city will accommodate 200,000 residents and 170,000 employees and 80,000 visitors.

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, your responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide technical and administration support to department and Contracts Managers.
- Provide administration and Assistant support to General Tenders Committee (GTC).
- Assist in creating and modifying tender related documents i.e. Expression of Interest, RFP, bulletins, clarifications, letters, GTC Submission, etc., based on procedures and systems.
- Update and maintain Projects weekly report, department workload, etc.
- Vendor Registration Management.
- Attending GTC weekly meeting and assisting GTC General Secretary and acting on behalf of as required.
- Creation and Categorizing of Database of GTC submissions and responses.
- Distributes confidential documents such as Tender Proposals, GTC Responses, etc., to concerned departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Commerce Degree essential
- Minimum 15 years similar works/field experience.
- Ability to utilize multiple word-processing and database applications including MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Access as well as Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/ schedules/ timelines and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience working in the Middle East would be advantageous.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
