Coordinator - Loyalty Programme Development - Qatar Airways - Doha

To assist the Product Development Team in monitoring the performance of the Privilege Club Programme through the generation of reports as well as coordinating dissemination of important information between other departments within Privilege Club and Qatar Airways when implementing Promotion campaigns and when introducing new benefits, enhancements and programme changes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Marketing - Assist in the coordination and execution of offers and campaigns, Ensure offers are executed as planned, Track all promotional and marketing initiatives executed by Privilege Club, Evaluate all performance of offers and calculate ROI.

- Data Analysis and Reporting - Generate reports regarding Privilege Club Performance, Create Presentations about Privilege Club to increase awareness and update other areas of the business regarding performance., Generate member lists as required, Data Analysis when required.

- Product Development and Research - Assist in the implementation of new programme enhancements, On-going competitor analysis to compare all aspects of the Programme and identify areas of improvement, monitor and keep track of competitive offerings and enhancements, Research market trends related to loyalty product benefits and products. Assist in the planning and set up of qualitative and quantitative research, work with internal and external stakeholders to proactively evolve Privilege Club benefits, Monitor online blogs covering Qatar Airways and Privilege Club subject matter.

- Finance - In charge of tracking and reporting Product Development Budget, Evaluate and review any incoming/outgoing invoices, Coordinate with QR finance for any finance related issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent, Business Management, Marketing or similar field is preferred. You will have a minimum of 4 years Job related experience, Areas of marketing, Loyalty Programmes data analysis, sale or similar field are preferred. Data analysis skill are a must

Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel: ability to create charts, tables, graphs, pivot table and graphs, use of analytical formulas etc. takes initiative, multi-tasks and can work independently, Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
