Employment: Full Time

Coordinator Property Management - Leasing - Hamad International Airport - Doha

You will administer day to day activities of the Commercial Leasing and Administration section in order to support the facilitation of comprehensive leasing programs and individual leases.

In this role you will need to work within the team of the Commercial Department of Hamad International Airport, and you will be reporting to the Manager Leasing and Administration. You will be accountable to ensure optimum relationship with all departments within the organization: Under the direction of management and team leaders, you will prepare and control lease documentation while adhering to best-practice contract, leasing and commercial controlling standards.

You will furthermore, as and when directed, liaise on a regular basis with other airport departments such as finance, contracts and insurance to ensure streamlining of internal processes. In this context you will prepare also official correspondences and at any time provide administrative support. In addition, you will assist respective managers and officers with the commercial lease database and the property management system under ORACLE.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, a specialization in Business Administration, Property or Building management will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in Airport Commercial and/or Property Management in administration and data analysis.
- Airport or aviation industry experience is required.
- Strong presentation, communication and reporting skills.
- Strong MS Office knowledge inclusive of advanced Excel knowledge. Knowledge of ERP systems such as ORACLE a strong plus.
