Employment: Full Time

Coordinator Training & Rostering - Hamad International Airport - Doha

This role will be responsible for all coordination and execution of successful training programs and staff roistering for the terminal management department. It additionally includes effective communication in both English and Arabic along with evaluation of training assignments for various staff levels

Key accountabilities include
- Designs individual and group training plans
- Manages relationships with contractors hired to conduct training
- Collaborates with IT to develop a validation check system which will generate an electronic signature for staff upon confirmation of internal directives/briefs/information.
- Organizes and maintains training materials, which include instructional media and handouts, on aviation and customer service issues
- Promotes the retention and transfer of knowledge and skills
- Prepare the annual business plans and monitor expenditure against approved levels on a regular basis and investigates and significant justification to support operational expansion to ensure effective performance and cost control
- Reconciliation of timesheets and Roster to ensure that they correspond and that information is transferred to payroll in a timely manner.
- To update all documentation related to the roster and add staff movement details into the staff system

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years work experience in the relevant field.
- Knowledge of procedures and tools for scheduling training
- Managing and updating training materials and resources in a specific operational environment.
- Knowledge of airport operations (e.g. knowledge of the peaks and valleys of passenger flows in the airport).
- Experience in rostering staff / and or systems
- High standard IT skills particularly in the use of client database.
