Client is one of the largest Banks in the Middle East..

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of Corporate Banking. My client is looking to recruit a Country Head of Corporate Banking.

The incumbent will have the overall responsibility for Corporate Banking Division.

Some of the Duties and Responsibilities are:
- Develop the countries CIB budget and business plan, and propose it to Head Office for approval
- Monitor the performance of the respective CIB segments against the set targets on a regular basis and recommend actions to ensure achieving business yearly targets
- Coordinate with Regional Manager & CIB Heads in other countries to develop cross-border business

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Masters or MBA would be advantageous or any financial related
- Min of 15 years’ experience in Corporate Banking with leading Regional/ International financial institutions
- Min of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Credit policies
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good communication skills - Arabic speaking

Desirable requirements:
- GCC experience
