Charterhouse are working with a reputable international organisation who are currently seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join their team. The position will be based in Doha, Qatar and the successful candidate should have a strong demonstrated background in business and program development and executive education.

This is a very exciting role to work with a highly-regarded and dynamic team. The key requirements for this role will require a demonstrated experience in business development and client relations in order to develop business leads and the ability to successfully create and promote strategic corporate partnerships with both new and existing clientele. A large aspect of the role will involve working with relevant faculty to design and develop programs that are in line with the client requirements. Therefore, it is vital to understand client business needs and in turn develop tailored solutions which lead to maximised revenue and business for the organisation.

In addition, the ideal candidate will need to display impressive communication and presentation skills as the role will heavily involve dealing with C-level Executives and Senior Stakeholders. In order to cultivate client relationships you will be attending program launches, closing ceremonies and multiple company and networking events and working closely with the Executive Director on program pricing to successfully manage revenue and program profitability.

Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Business or a related field and should have a minimum 10 years’ professional experience in business development, consultative sales or L&D. Experience in the design and conception of corporate learning programs will be a large percentage of the role, and therefore, familiarity with Executive Education is highly advantageous. You should have a solid business acumen with the ability to influence executive decisions and develop financial proposals.

Excellent English skills are a must for this role and Arabic or French would be also be preferred.
