Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a well-known and prestigious employer within their field. Our client is looking to hire a Corporate Receptionist to join their Doha team.

You will manage the full front office responsibilities where you will be the first point of contact. As the voice of the company, you will be accountable for meeting and greeting guests, forwarding calls and managing and directing all incoming queries. You will coordinate with venders and courier companies and ensure the reception area and board / meeting rooms are maintained at all times. You will also handle additional tasks within the office as and when they arise.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years administration experience with excellent computer skills. You should be highly organised and enthusiastic with strong communication and interpersonal skills. It is essential you are a team player with an outstanding telephone manner. Our client has stated a preference for a candidate with English as a native language.
