Corporate Services Administrator - IT Support - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role you will provide first level support to Corporate Services Department users on their software and hardware related issues by acting as bridge between Corporate Services Department and IT. You will maintain and manage record of incidents and ensure that logs are created thereby ensuring issues are resolved as per SLA. You will manage, track projects, report variances of various projects of Corporate Services Department through the Project Management tool. You will ensure project progress is captured, recorded and updated on time.

You will coordinate with Application and Desktop support team and ensure that all issues are addressed. You will ensure that all Corporate Service Department’s hardware & software issues are logged in the online portal of “Issue Log System” and update once the task is completed. You will discuss and initiate assignment of system and required software to new joiners.

You will maintain records of Corporate Services Department’s IT hardware assets and its assignments to users which includes but not limited to PC, laptops, Tabs, mobile phones, IP phones etc. You will provide first level support to users and adhoc system data requirements which include but not limited to space management on PC & servers etc. You will be an integral part to supporting Manager with valuable inputs for development of various IT projects of Corporate Services Department.

Requirements

You should either have a Degree or Diploma in IT with a sound knowledge of Networking, MS Office including MS Project & Access. If you are a Degree/Diploma holder in other discipline it is acceptable if backed with relevant experience. You should have minimum 3 years of job related experience. Middle East work experience will be an advantage for this role.

We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills with good proficiency in written and spoken English. You should have advanced knowledge in Excel skills preferably in software and hardware support.
