Job description / Role
We are currently inviting applications for Corporate Social Worker Senior Specialist to be based in the psychiatry department of one of the HMC hospitals. Under the directive of the Corporate Assistant Executive Director Social Service, the position will involve taking a pro-active role in the implementation policy, procedure and goals.
Ensure that the new initiatives introduced help to further the organizational objectives, analyzing requirements, designing programs, recommending further possibilities of development. The Corporate Social Work Senior Specialist manages the orientation of the new staff within the corporate frame work as well as the facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
- 3 years healthcare experience in psychiatry department / organization
- Arabic is mandatory
