Cost Control Engineer

Job description / Role

Unwabu Consulting are recruiting for a Cost Control Engineer for a leading Qatar based Company.

Salary package: Permanent position, family status, competitive basic salary and overtime - paid in USD monthly (TAX FREE) Accommodation, medical insurance, car allowance and flights for expatriation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Chartered member of professional organization such as RICS, CIOB will be an advantage
- Minimum six (6) years of professional experience in related field

Job Purpose: Monitor, control and report current and forecast expenditures against approved budget and enable Project and Corporate Management to ensure that the final project costs are within the approved budget

Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge in the use of CCS (Candy software)
- Exposure to any ERP software is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
