Job description / Role
- Cost Analysis and Forecasting of various projects
- Review of construction progress reports and bi-weekly budget variance analysis
- Performance measurement and assessment of projects progress
- Cost management governance and assurance
- Assess project completion from cost management prospective, Including but not limited to, subcontracts, variations, equipment and labor cost analysis.
- Experience in managing and defining project account codes
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as Cost Engineer / Cost Controller with at least 3 years in a leading role.
- Experience of leading regional construction companies
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputable University
