Country HRSS Manager - Shared Services - Al Futtaim Group - Doha, Qatar

As a Country HR Shared Services Manager you will be reporting to Director of HR and Localization, MENA, Group Admin Services. This position requires business maturity, excellent judgement and a hands on enterpuneral skills. To be successful candidate you should be able to provide support and consultative advice to Business managers and staff on a wide range of HR&Admin. Matters including discipline, grievance, performance management and Governmental requirements will be handled by you. You will also ensure compliance with local law and Group policy throughout the employee lifecycle (from contract of employment to termination processes).

Additional requirements includes:
- Implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth; reinforce a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity; and comply with Group HR policy.
- To take necessary actions to address any trends or issues highlighted by metrics.
- Consult & support line managers in creating a culture of employee engagement based upon Al-Futtaim way values.
- To take necessary steps to create a performance focused culture where high performers are rewarded and inadequate performers are given an opportunity to improve.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance levels within the team with a view to identify ways of improving performance level.
- To develop strategy to attract, develop and retain nationals in region.
- To ensure compliance with the annual appraisal review: that all staff are properly appraised and have proper objectives/KPI.

Requirements

Ideally you must have Bachelor degree in Business Administration or HR, along with 10 years of experience in the field in HR operations, Government Relations.

- Able to manage company with diversified business operation.
- Good Computer and report writing skills
- Negotiation & Communication skills.
- Organizing skills.
