Job description / Role
- Manage and delegate tasks and duties effectively to staff
- Evaluate current business processes and systems in coordination with Head Office(HO)
- Suggest procedures and systems to maximise operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain control
- Implement Company’s department/unit policies
- Co-ordinate sales budget in coordination with HO
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly business performance reports and analysis
- Planning intelligence activities from relevant market sources to assess competition and growth opportunities
- Conferring with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, products portfolio, expand market and promote business;
- Responsible for the achievement of the agreed qualitative and quantitative target
- Determine staffing requirements
- Hire and train new staff in collaboration with central HR Dept. and training managers
- Set employees goal and objectives in coordination with HO
- Develop staff to maximise potential
- Monitor staff performance including performance reviews in coordination with HO
- Monitor and assist staff with work in progress
- Allocate use of available resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar position
- Proficient in relevant software applications (MS Office – Management Information System)
- Fluent in English mandatory, Arabic an advantage but not essential
