Customer Service Executive - Qatar
Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive. This position will be based in Qatar
JOB DIMENSIONS
- To assist in handling the day to day duties of customer service
- To provide best support to colleagues in Sales Dept. and our clients
- Improve service levels on deliveries and the other customer services through site visit
- Coordination with Government Departments
- Inventory Control – Creating POs for finished products
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Receiving & processing POs from industrial, marine etc. Acknowledging each PO
- Preparing Customer invoices for submission
- Assist on “Products Delivery Schedule”
- Prepare documents for in transit products & coordinate with supplier and Transporter for in transit products.
- Place POs for finished products on monthly basis
- Update clients prices in SAP
- Process approval for marketing signage’s license
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding office related works, similarly with suppliers of admin jobs
- Coordinate with Ministry of Environment regards each lubricants consignment approval.
- Reply to incoming calls/ emails/ inquires for products, prices, quotation, PDS & MSDS
Requirements
- Matured person with minimum 3 years experience in the supply chain, administrative support role and customer service area in an international environment.
- Very good commercial knowledge in handling Logistics jobs
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency and skills in ERP
- Proficiency in Excel Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Arabic language would be an added advantage
- Minimum Graduate with additional qualification advantage
