Delay Analyst - Claims - Forensic Planner

Job description / Role

An international consultancy company is URGENTLY looking for Delay Analyst - Claims (Forensic Planner) to work on Airport project in the Middle East.

Will have specific skills in analyzing claims and dissecting construction programmes for the purpose of assessing entitlements, or otherwise, to extensions of time. Critical path analysis, delay analysis, and a full technical understanding of contractors scheduling of works are key experience-based needs.

Requirements

- BSc. in Civil Engineering, project management or similar is essential. MSc. in Construction Law & Arbitration, MCIArb or similar equivalent is desired but not essential. Western educated.
- Successful candidate will have around 15+ years’ experience forensic planning and analyzing claims in airport projects.
- A proven history in forensic planning, delay analysis commissions including schedule analysis and report writing.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
- Must have Middle East experience.
- Expertise in the use of Primavera P6 software is essential.
- Proactive personality able to present his analysis at high level.
