Department Supervisor, Mamas & Papas - Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a passionate Department Supervisor to join our Mamas and Papas team in Doha, Qatar.
Working with our store team, you will be responsible for excellent customer service through effectively managing the department team. Your responsibility will also be controlling and monitoring department operations.
This will include merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department target
Requirements
High school. Degree is preferable.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful. A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should be able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential. Arabic would be an advantage.
You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, training and managing poor performance of staff and products.
Ideally you will have a background in analysing sales data and making commercially based decisions.
