Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading privately owned company within the hospitality sector. With 5 new franchises opening up in the new year, our client is undergoing major expansion plans in Qatar and is urgently looking to hire a Deputy HR Manager.
You will perform and act within a generalist function. Your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development and employee relations. The policies and procedures are already in place, however you will be expected to add value by enhancing the processes.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have strong experience within a similar sector and be available to start immediately. Due to our client’s urgent requirement, candidates already based in Qatar will be given preference.
