Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program manage a large scale infrastructure project
- Manage stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Degree qualified Civil Engineer
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Extensive heavy infrastructure experience in roads, bridges, drainage, excavation, backfill, utility networks & services
- Client focused
- Middle Eastern experience and spoken Arabic advantageous
- Excellent man management skills, interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent strategic planning skills
